Return & Exchange Policy



We hope you adore your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges to make things right.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued only to the same payment method used for the original purchase (for example, the same credit card or digital wallet).

We are unable to issue refunds to a different card, in cash, or as a check.

Processing time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund if approved.

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In-Store Purchases

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase and must be completed in-store at the original location.

Online Orders

Items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe arrival.

All items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags and all packaging intact.

In-Store Boutique

  • Monday – Tuesday: Closed

  • Wednesday – Saturday: 11 AM – 6 PM

  • Sunday: 11 AM – 5 PM

  • Closed on all federal holidays

Online Customer Care

  • Monday to Friday: 7 AM – 9 PM

  • Excludes federal holidays

Holiday Exceptions

  • If your in-store return deadline falls on a federal holiday, we’ll gladly extend your return window by 3 additional days.

  • For purchases made around Christmas and New Year’s, in-store returns may be processed through the first two weeks of January.

  • Please note: online orders are not eligible for holiday extensions.After the Return Window

If your return request falls outside the 14-day window, we may offer store credit, subject to approval on a case-by-case basis following a review by our team.

Final Sale Items

All final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions.

Packaging Requirements

Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, with all tags, branding accessories, and any accompanying materials.
For footwear, returns must include the original shoe box and all internal packaging sleeves as received. Items not returned in original condition may be refused.
